The best way to report issues to the Council is to go direct to customer services at Bristol City Council using the Report Street Issues tab on the BCC website.  www.bristol.gov.uk

You can report all the issues through this website, by completing the online reporting form or you can telephone the Customer services number 0117 922 2100

Remember to record the reference number so that you can chase this up, if necessary.

From experience issues are dealt with promptly; eg streets swept in 24 hours!

Bristol Student Community Partnership.

If you have an issue to do with student residents living near you, you can report it through the Bristol Student Community Partnership website.

Contact either or both of the University community liaison officers who will establish whether the student house in question is occupied by University of Bristol or University of the West of England students.

If you have an issue that you think might be shared by a number of people and some ideas about how it can be dealt with, let the NP Area Coordinator or the Neighbourhood Officer know and they will help you find the best way of taking this forward.

If you have reported the issue and still have not had a response, or the issue continues to be a problem, contact the Area Coordinator or the Neighbourhood Officers by emailing them at neighbourhood.partnerships@bristol.gov.uk or come to a Forum.
